Village of Volodymyrivka
Nataliivka is a former estate of the sugar manufacturer Kharytonenko. The Nataliivskyi landscape park occupies the territory of some 50 hectares and includes an oak and pine grove, a chestnut avenue, deciduous trees and shrubs planted in picturesque groups. In the park, the buildings that once belonged to the Kharytonenko family, owners of the estate, still remain. Among them are the manor house, a ap wing, a water tower, a riding house, the gates, and the church.
The real gem of the manor is the Church of the All-Merciful Saviour that was specially built to perform a wedding ceremony for Natalia Kharytonenko and Prince Gorchakov. The monument is famous for its splendid collection of the Old Russian art pieces and rare icons. The ornamentation of the church facades was made by marble specialists of Vagankovsky cemetery (Moscow) upon projects of the distinguished sculptor S.T. Konenkov.
